Ocean Warriors is a community-driven surf lifesaving club based in the heart of Dubai. We are proud to be the first Surf Lifesaving GB (SLSGB) club outside of the UK, and the only Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) accredited club in the UAE. Our mission is to inspire a love for the ocean while equipping participants with essential water safety and rescue skills that save lives.

At Ocean Warriors, we offer Surf Lifesaving programs for children aged 4 to 18, alongside training and competition opportunities for adults. Our programs are designed to create a safe, inclusive, and healthy outdoor environment where every participant can thrive—whether they’re taking their first steps into the surf or training for internationally recognised qualifications.

Starting with our Nippers program (ages 4–11), children build confidence in the water through fun, structured activities. They then progress to the Junior Lifeguard’s (ages 12–18), where they gain advanced lifesaving skills and leadership experience. For all participants, a basic level of swimming ability and successful completion of a swim test is required. We are not a "learn to swim" program, but a comprehensive surf lifesaving experience grounded in teamwork, fitness, and safety.

Through our RLSS UK and SLSGB accreditations, members can earn world-class lifesaving qualifications that open doors to future volunteering, employment, or integration into UK-based clubs—valuable additions to university applications and career pathways.

As part of our growth, we’re excited to introduce from September 2025, a “Waterbabies” program for toddlers and their parents, led by our experienced coaches. This new offering provides a playful yet meaningful introduction to beach safety at venues such as DOSC and other public beaches in Dubai.
